Shame on people critical of Irwin after his death

I am just wondering why people find it necessary to be so mean. Since the death of Steve Irwin, cold-hearted, mean-spirited people and groups have come out of the closet to besmirch Irwin's work and lifelong pursuit of saving wildlife.
